A Song of Hope, the immersive 360° documentary

A 25-minute 360° documentary video featuring the mariachis of Garibaldi Square and their daily struggle to preserve their traditional music in times of global health crisis.

An immersive project produced by Blinkl and realized in collaboration with photographer Rubén Salgado Escudero, member of The Photo Society whose works have been exhibited in more than 20 cities around the world.

    A joint reflection on the creation of an unprecedented experience accessible from the photographs of Rubén Salgado Escudero.

    A transmedia project bringing real added value to the artist’s work thanks to the many 360° videos made in Mexico City.

  • During

    An immersive and interactive 360° experience of about twenty minutes accessible from a smartphone or a computer.

    The audience is invited to scan the photographs to delve into the very heart of Mexico City and the life of this working class, torn between torment, fear and hope.

  • After

    A screening of the project A Song of Hope scheduled for August 30 in Perpignan in Campo Santo in front of a wide audience of enthusiasts and professionals.

    A presentation organized for the 2021 edition of the International Photojournalism Festival “Visa for the Image".
